New Day...

A New Day has come...

Admittedly for the past few weeks I have been feeling kinda "lost". I am in a postion to make big things happen for myself but it's going to take a big leap of confidence to see it through. A bigger leap then I think I might be willing to take. Sometimes I just have to remember to take a minute or two to just stop and focus and have faith that all the pieces will fall into place.

Just Breathe....Focus...and have the confidence that the best is yet to come.

So let's face it....besides her meteroic rise to fame in the long lost epiosodes of Party of Five, Jennifer Love Hewitt isn't winning any Emmys. Though apparently now she (and every other D list actress) can add author to her resume. I happened to see this quote from her new book "The Day I Shot Cupid" in today's Express paper on the way into work and I must say that this is a motto that I myself even live by...and try to pass onto others.

"...there is still so much more I need to know about myself before I can completely give the perfect version of me to someone."

Thanks JLH you have just validated what I have been preaching all along...and given me the best idea ever...I SHOULD WRITE A BOOK !!!

The Little Things

What in the world ?!?! how did ONE WHOLE YEAR go by without me even blinking. Hmmm...guess i will just start this fresh and give you two of my favorite things...OF COURSE they are from London- because I think I am happiest there of all places...and I could use a dose of happy right about now.

Jo Malone Cologne

Nectarine Blossom and Honey Fragrance. Smelling this reminds me of being in love all the time, summer in the park and all the small things that seem so insignificant at the time but make you smile and laugh hours later.

Fortnum and Mason Tea

Royal Blend Strong Tea. Just a cup of this (with a dash of milk) makes me want to pack up residence and move across the pond. Not a bad idea actually....
